I had a very good experience with storing my baggage for a few hours in Florence. The service was good, quick and friendly. The bags are stored in a room adjacent to the reception. The hotel is in the 3rd floor with a very narrow elevator and did not face any issues.

We just used the Bounce left luggage but didn't stay at the hotel. It was excellent and we shall definitely use it next time we come to Florence. Everything was very smooth and the staff were friendly.
