"Everyone says the place where the luggage is placed doesn't look very safe, but I received a flawless service."

The location is a bit tricky but it’s down a little alley and the name of the hotel “hotel Lisa” is on a vertical black and white sign that can be seen from both ends. The staff was very kind, we changed our arrival and departure times and it was no issue. The bags were in the kept in the lobby but the desk attendant was there both times we arrived so it seemed they were being watched continuously.

I didn't know this existed until yesterday, but will let any and everyone know about its convenience, and great service. Great idea.

Handy location to store bags after arriving at Paddington while we visited Kensington Palace.

Easy to use and no problems checking in or out. Highly recommend.
